Partial pressure of a gas in a mixture of gases, enclosed in a container, would be the pressure exerted by that gas alone.

Dalton purposed that a mixture of gases inside a container will exert a net pressure which is the sum of partial pressures of each gas. It can be expressed as

P­_Total=P₁+P₂+…..P_n                 (1)

Creative Fatality (Fatal1ty) HS-1000 Headset mic not working in Windows 7

For windows 7 the drivers that came with the headseat wont work. You need to download them!
As of 9/5/2009 they have beta driver for HS-1000 in windows 7. File name is HSHP_W7DRVBETA_US_1_01_0003.exe and can be downloaded from creative.com

Following is what i did to get my mic to work:

Disconnect the headset. Run the application, let it install reboot.

Connect the headset to USB port.

Check for sound playback. (It worked for me).

Check if mic records (it didn't work for me. Make sure its not mute).

To make it work, disable SPDIF digital input.
